Nick Parker is a Realtor serving Ripon and California’s Central Valley, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate market with confidence. With a background in sales, carpentry, and maintenance for the City of Ripon, Nick brings a unique hands-on perspective and practical knowledge to every transaction. His understanding of construction, property condition, and home value gives clients added confidence when evaluating homes and making investment decisions. As part of The Parker Group at Real Broker, Nick is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to providing exceptional service throughout the buying and selling process.
Nick has been married to fellow Realtor Emily Parker for 11 years, and together they have built a beautiful life raising their three children, stepson Brayden, son Hunter, and daughter LoreLai. Outside of real estate, Nick is passionate about music and serves alongside Emily as a Worship Director at Glory City Church in Ripon. Whether helping clients purchase their first home, sell for top dollar, or make wise real estate investments, Nick is passionate about serving people well and helping them succeed in the Central Valley real estate market.
Outside of real estate, Nick also channels his creativity into building custom acoustic sound panels through Studio Seven Acoustics. It reflects the same attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem solving he brings to his work with clients.
