With a degree in Psychology from the University of the Pacific, Emily brings a unique understanding of communication, negotiation, and buyer behavior to every transaction—helping her market homes effectively and advocate strongly for her clients.

As founder of The Parker Group at Real Broker, Emily specializes in thoughtful marketing strategies and delivering a high-level real estate experience for clients across all price points, including distinctive and luxury properties. Born and raised in Ripon, she is deeply rooted in the community she serves and is passionate about building relationships both in and out of business. Emily has been married to her husband and business partner, Nick, for 11 years, and together they are raising their three children, Brayden, Hunter, and LoreLai. She currently serves as Chair of the Ambassador Committee for the Ripon Chamber of Commerce and is a Worship Director at Glory City Church alongside Nick.
